Payton
Payton too enjoyed the spaghetti but prefered the salad! He had an awesome day with his speech therapist, Caroline. I watched them from Paytons doorway and he was making choices, identifying the objects he was asked to and taking turns! It sounds so little when it is written, but Payton really faught with this. He's starting to get the hang of it. If only he'd continue to do all this with Logan! Because of his great day, he was rewarded with Cheetos and his favorite movie of the moment, Shrek the Third! Way to go Payton!!
Squetti Time!
Wow, did Logan lovehis spaghetti or what! I wish I would have taken a picture of the plate before and after, because there was enough spaghetti for me, Logan and Payton (well there was supposed to be!!) And there was only about a cup left! Clean up was not so fun. Logan was determined to feed himself so I was cleaning from his head to his toes (and the table, chair, floor, etc). The spaghetti sauce actually stained his tummy! Cute!!

Baby #3 again...
Here he/she is again! I had another doctors appointment today. Everything is perfect. I saw a nurse practitioner last visit, but this time I got to see my doctor. I mentioned to her that I thought the March 30th due date was off (it was 11 days later than my original due date of March 19th). So she ordered another ultrasound. This time the baby only measured 3-4 days small, so she returned my due date back to March 19th! Because I need anther baby born that week, right? Anyways, it's heartbeat was strong at 171bpm. If you ask Stephanie, that means it's a girl. I hope she's right :0) The next post will probably be the sex!! Exciting! For those who are counting weeks with me, that puts me at 12 1/2 weeks. I'll have the gender ultrasound in about 7 weeks (between 18-20 weeks). Well, until next time...
Yeah Payton!!!
Payton had a great day with his speech therapist today. We have been struggling a bit with melt downs and tantrums, but today he played so well. He's still speaking in German (if you ask my Dad) but we are making progress. I also learned that PV school district provides bus transportation for preschoolers, including car seats! So once Payton gets adjusted to his class, we will try the bus. Exciting! This solves one huge problem Moose and I had. How do we get Payton to preschool when I work in the mornings? This is an answer to prayer! Plus, I think Payton will really enjoy riding in his school bus. He always points them out when we are driving.

Not to toot my own horn....but,
I was looking the pictures of me, kristy, and the kids at the zoo from a few days ago and it reminded me of our trip last October. Looking at those pictures I couldnt believe how much the kids have grown from then to now and how good Kristy looked both then and now and then I saw some pictures of me. Holy crap I was gigantic.
When I met Kristy I weighed 225 pounds and was fairly athletic and in 5 short years i had pretty much stopped excersizing and weighed almost 310 pounds. I cant even explain to you the love and respect I have for my wife who loved me unconditionally and never said a word about my weight. All she ever told me was "I love you and if you are happy with the way you look thats all that matters." Well I wasnt happy so a few dietary changes and a set workout schedule took me from 310 pounds to 230 pounds. And while that is awesome and one of the hardest things I have ever done the person that reserves real credit is my wife. I don't know any.. ANY.. guy who could watch their wife gain 80 pounds and not call them out. It takes a strong person to loose 80 pounds but it takes a remarkable person behind that person to quietly motivate them to make their life better both physically and mentally.
I love you honey and you make me want to be a better person and even if I dont always make you feel that way please forgive me and I will try harder.
